When a Designs.idx and Designs.bin from UO Architect is placed in the directory of the CentrED Client, it will not load these upon start and allow the user to place them onto the map.

How to use

Place Designs.idx and Designs.bin next to CentrED.exe
Start CentrED
Switch to the UOA Design tab on the left side
Double click a design
Hover over to map to select destination
Click on the map to place or on "Cancel" to abort

This implemented #2.
