Andreas Schneider 2cfde3eea5 - Changed TfrmFilter to enable tile and hue filter on tile/hue list changes 
- Changed TfrmFilter placement to be off by -4 in x and y direction
- Disabled "scroll to center" in TfrmMain's TileList
